The Fat Radish is a unique farm-to-table restaurant that is located in Bayfield, Wisconsin.
Dan and Patti Holman, along with their sons and amazing staff, operate this family-owned and operated business. Most of their ingredients are sourced from other local farmers, creameries, and fisheries that are out of Lake Superior. They promise their customers that they provide the freshest ingredients, as locally as they can get them. The Fat Radish also serves specialty coffee drinks, fresh in house bakery items, a deli section for your on the go needs, and they also offer catering services for any event.
They've got a skillet breakfast, Eggs Benedict, and Griddles. try "The Ronnie" it's a beef tenderloin & sausage gravy over split bacon and cheddar scone. How about a Breakfast Grilled Cheese? (it's egg, cheddar cheese, provolone cheese, spinach, on sourdough bread, served with a side of chipotle sauce. Add ham, bacon or sausage for just $2.)
What about a mouth-watering Prime Rib Skillet? (it's an 8oz prime rib, rolled in pink Himilayan Sea Salt, Pepper, & Horseradish, comes with 2 Eggs done your way, Pan-Fried Yukons, and Horsey Sauce, along with your choice of Toast.)
In the mood for something semi-exotic? try the Korean BBQ Bowl! (made with their House Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder with their Korean BBQ House Korean Kimchi, Jasmine Rice, and served with 2 Poached Eggs)
Try The Lake Superior Fish Tacos! (made from The Catch of The Day in Lake Superior, you can have it as Trout, or Whitefish which is Pan-Fried in their chili-lime seasoning, served in corn tortillas with red cabbage, slaw, pepper jack cheese, and cilantro lime sauce.)
They support the slow food movement, local farm to table, sustainability & so much more. All meals are prepared fresh from scratch, and made to order, paired with a wonderful staff for an amazing dining experience.
