Reiten Boatyard Condominiums is situated right on the shore of Lake Superior, on the south side of the City of Bayfield. It is located on the site of the old Halvor Reiten Boatyard. Halvor Reiten was a commercial fisherman on Lake Superior, he also built boats and later ran a boatyard in Bayfield, Wisconsin. The present day Reiten property is part of a multiple unit condominium complex comprised of three buildings
